STUDENTS:  Any junior or senior interested in a work-based learning opportunity at Polman Transfer cleaning trucks and trailers should stop in the office and see Mr. Brownlow.

 

Students attending an evening sporting event at the school need to remain in the gym to watch the game. Students should not be wandering the hallways, playing in the other gym, or outside on the playground.  

 

SENIORS:  Please hand in your yearbook worksheets ASAP! Please hand these in the Mrs. Youngbauer.

 

Attention Seniors:  Please give your money to Maya Wellnitz float supplies and food by Wednesday.  You must pay your $5 in order partake in the grilling festivities on Friday.  Thank you!  

 

Attention Seniors going on Class Trip:  You must turn-in your class trip permission slip along with your $20 deposit by 11/1/2017.  You don't pay the deposit if you completed at least 8 concession stand shifts.   Thank you!  

 

MENU:   Please go by the first week of the Oct. menu for the breakfast and lunch food items. Sorry for the

inconvenience.

The Cutest Baby Contest:  FCCLA is having staff members bring a baby picture in and having students vote for the cutest baby.  Votes are $1.00 and deletions are $2.00. The staff member with the most votes has to complete the challenge they pledged.  Voting will be open during lunchtime in the commons.  All proceeds go to FCCLA.

   

SPORTS:

Please excuse ALL JUNIOR HIGH Volleyball players (grades 6th, 7th and 8th) at 2:50 pm on Tuesday, September 25th.  Thank you!

 

COUNSELORS’ CORNER:

We will have a junior class meeting on Thursday during PT2 in the multimedia room. Bring your chrome book!

 

There will be a college representative from the University of Minnesota Crookston here on Friday, September 29. She will be in the commons during high school lunch. Stop and talk to her with any questions!

 

COMMUNITY: 

Anchor Youth Group is open on Wednesdays after school, for all 7th-12th grade students.  Doors open at 3 pm.  Free meal at 5:30pm.  Youth Group starts at 6 pm and ends at 8 pm.

 

Nominate a teacher for the VFW National Citizenship Education Teacher Award.  Forms available in the office.  Deadline to submit forms to the local VFW Post is October 31. Questions, contact Jim White, T-O-Y Chairman  631-3211
